Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of goods: Digital downloads are not normally returnable. Therefore, the “No refund after access/download” rule applies, except when the file is corrupt, has an access issue, or is “not as described” – in which case we will provide a replacement/fix or suitable remedy.

Request window: If download/access did not occur and a duplicate charge or the wrong item was mistakenly assigned, write to support within 24–48 hours with the order ID.

Cosmofeed handling: Refunds can be initiated from the creator’s panel; instant refunds are supported, but gateway charges/processing conditions may apply. Refunds go to the original payment method; sometimes network or high amounts may take a little longer.

Compliance: Accepted refunds are processed timely in accordance with RBI rules. In cases of defective/misrepresented services, the seller must provide a remedy as per Consumer Protection Rules.

How to request: Email support@ecomtauheed.store with order ID, reason, and screenshots (if file issue). We will respond within 24–48 hours and initiate a refund through the platform in eligible cases.

Chargebacks: Card disputes are processed through the payment network; the merchant must provide evidence. Therefore, contact support first for a fast resolution. Suggested short clause to paste on checkout:

“Digital items are non-refundable after access/download. A replacement/fix will be provided for file/access issues. Refund requests can be made to support@ecomtauheed.store within 24–48 hours.
